What is HealthifyMe Rewards

As of now, HealthifyMe rewards are only available to users in India and on Android devices.

HealthifyMe offers rewards to select users. Eligible users can earn rewards by taking part in referrals where they can refer a friend, or they are also eligible for rewards once they join the HealthifyMe challenge.

Note: The rewards program may be discontinued at any time.

Reward Eligibility

How can you be made eligible for the reward?

Based on certain user criteria, you will be made eligible for the reward. A reward can be earned via two campaigns.

1. Refer a friend Campaign
2. HealthifyMe Challenge Campaign

If you fall under any of the above campaign based on the criteria which HealthifyMe decides, you are made eligible for the reward

The reward earned is translated to GPay cash reward, which will require the user to download the GPay app. You can stand a chance to win upto Rs 4500 GPay cash in total rewards, depending on your eligibility for the campaign.

Earn Rewards by Referring a friend

If you refer a friend and the friend applies your code while signing up with HealthifyMe, both you and your friend will be eligible for GPay rewards of real cash upto Rs 100.

Note: These rewards are valid only for Android users. iOS users will get an equivalent HealthifyMe credits which can be used to redeem on HealthifyMe plans.

Earn Rewards with the HealthifyMe Challenge

After entering the HealthifyMe Challenge , users can earn rewards by tracking meals or water regularly for a set number of days. A reward is awarded in the form of a Gpay scratch card (GPay cash) whenever a user reaches a streak milestone.

If you are made eligible for the challenge, you will see a red card on the home tab of the app which indicates details of the challenge.

Note: The Challenge will end on 30 Nov, 2019 (this date can be changed by HealthifyMe during the course of the challenge)

How do I join the HealthifyMe Challenge?

To join this challenge,

- Click on "Know More" on the red card from your Homepage and then Click on ‘Join Challenge’. This will make your challenge active and auto start at Day 1. After day 1, track your meal or water everyday and reach milestones to earn Rewards associated with different milestones are mentioned in the challenge screen.

How do I earn the rewards?

Track your meal or water everyday and reach streak milestones to earn cash rewards.

Example - Track continuously for 2 days and win Day2 Streak reward of up to ₹100.

If you miss tracking on any day, your streak count will be reset to 0
, and you will have to start all over again. Please also note that if you have already claimed a reward for a streak milestone, you cannot reclaim it even if you reach the milestone again. Only one reward will be awarded for every milestone reached.

Note - The reward is valid only until the challenge ends. So don't forget to go to GPay app and claim it every time you earn a reward.

What are milestones & streaks?

Streak is a count which indicates how consistent you have been on the app wrt tracking. If streak count is 4, it indicates you have been tracking on the app continuously for the last 4 days.

Milestones are set streak counts. On achieving these you become eligible for a reward. For example, for a 14 day milestone, you need to maintain a 14 day streak, which means you need to track continuously for 14 days. You will then receive a Gpay scratch card on Day 14.

What happens if I break my streak?

If you break your streak, or miss to track on any given day, your streak count resets to 0, and you need to start all over again to reach your milestones.

What does it cost to be part of this challenge?

This challenge is free and costs nothing. All you need to do is be active on the app and track your meals everyday.

Can I win more rewards?

You can earn rewards as many as your challenge states. You can refer to the milestones and rewards which can be earned in the Challenge screen.

Redeem a Reward

How do I redeem the rewards?

Once you reach a streak milestone or have successfully referred a friend, you automatically earn a reward.

HealthifyMe will show you a "Claim Rewards" card. To claim this reward, you will need to follow the below steps-

1. Link your Google Account to HealthifyMe

2. If you don't have an existing Gpay account with that google account, download Gpay and create a Gpay account.

3. Once you earn a reward on HealthifyMe, you'll see the earned scratch card under "rewards" on the Gpay app

4. Open and scratch the card and win assured cash every time.

Note - You need to link your account only once and make sure you are using the same account to see your rewards on GPay.

Common Problems

I have achieved my milestone, but haven’t received my reward card yet?

If you think you have achieved your milestone by maintaining your streak, and haven’t received your reward card yet, look here: https://healthifyme.com/activity/RewardList. If you are still unable to see your reward, reach out to support@healthifyme.com

I have tracked food/water but my streak count did not change?

This could happen due to network issues. Streak count only increases if you have an active internet connection. Make sure you are connected to the internet and track again.

I referred my friend, but haven’t received my reward card yet?

Sharing your referral code does not entail you for a reward. You will be rewarded only after your friend has applied the referral code. How much time does it take to process a reward?

It can take upto 24 hours to process a reward. So if your reward is processing, wait for atleast 24 hours before you raise a concern. Post 24 hours if you still haven’t been able to claim your reward, then drop your query here:

My reward card is showing Pending or Error. What should I do?

If you are seeing ‘Pending’ on your reward card, wait for a day or two, sometimes it takes time for GPay to reflect the reward.

If you are seeing ‘Error’ on your reward card, make sure you have not claimed the same reward earlier with the same GPay account or the same mobile device. GPay has strong abuse checks to detect if you are gaming the system.

What is Google Pay?

Google Pay (G Pay) is a digital wallet platform and online payment system developed by Google to power in-app and tap-to-pay purchases on mobile devices, enabling users to make payments with Android phones, tablets or watches..

What are Google Pay Rewards?

Google Pay Rewards is a platform provided by Google to HealthifyMe to enable us to reward active users for completing certain actions. If you complete certain milestones, you will be eligible for Google Pay rewards and the same will be communicated to you as well.

When does the challenge start & end?

The challenge starts when you click on ‘Join Challenge’, and ends on 30 Nov 2019.

Do these rewards expire?

Yes, if you don’t claim your rewards within 30 days of earning, these rewards will expire. But once you have claimed your reward on GPay, then the cash stays forever.

Where can I find unclaimed rewards once the campaign ends?

Once the campaign ends, you can view all your rewards in the menu section called ‘My Rewards’

I can't see rewards (Scratch cards on Gpay)

My Rewards Expired

Once your rewards expire, they cannot be redeemed. So make sure to redeem your rewards within 30 days of earning them.
